The fuel pumps don’t except credit cards. You have to go inside and tell the clerk how much to put on your credit card. 5yen you go back inside the store and get a refund on your credit card. Each time I entered and exited the store, a homeless person asked me for a Coke or to give him money. I’ll vote with my money. At a different location.

Westar is a good and reasonable gas station to get gas from and other items.
