World Eyeglasses

The main receptionist was very nice but when I came back for my appointment the other employee- pregnant with glasses, was quite rude because I was 5 minutes late. So rude in fact that I decided to not continue with my appointment. There are lots of eye exam places, you can have an attitude like that with new customers.

Melissa assisted me in choosing new glasses. She was super proficient and gave great advice on frames. I was traveling and she made sure I would have my new glasses before my departure. They fit beautifully and I am grateful for her help. Melissa has a very upbeat and friendly demeanor and made it a pleasure to do business at World Eyeglasses Optical.

Great service and friendly staff. My eye exam by Dr. Schwartz, was very thorough and she took very good care of my eyes. Melissa was very patient as I could not make my mind up on the frames and she helped me decide. The prices are SO good I bought 2 pair of prescription glasses. Awesome selection of frames! I have been to many eye doctors and this place is the BEST!!!! I highly recommend you see them for your next eye exam and glasses.

This shop is amazing! The staff is very helpful and willing to listen to the needs of the customer. I went in today needing a new pair of glasses for my wife. She is a traveling nurse and left her glasses at home, in Jacksonville. I needed to have a set of glasses made ASAP and had nothing more than her RX. Melissa was a pure joy to work with, listening to my wants and needs. She was extremely friendly, helped me find a pair of glasses for my wife (mind you, without her being there), and was able to get them made and ready to go in less than hour. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new pair of glasses. Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars for the service and kindness that was shown to me, I absolutely would!!!!!
