Ordered item, FedX ground delivery (did not say 2-day delivery in my comment here)… waited… no shipping notification. I was told I was sent an email that there was a delay. Nope! Nothing! I checked my emails, and junk folder. After calling them, turns out they did not have it in stock and said Perko keeps promising a shipment, “but they have been saying that for a month.” Guy on the phone was very unpleasant. My experience is similar to others, so not an isolated occurrence. Their motto, “Cannot please everyone all the time.” Nice.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this terrible company. They sell things they don’t have and then email you weeks later saying they can’t t get it. Meanwhile your waiting for your package to arrive the entire time. They then don’t respond to you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If you do, you were warned.

I ordered some windlass parts including some hard to find ones for Next Day shipping. They had great prices and, more importantly, they had them in stock and shipped them out the same day.

Yacht Supply Depot has never let me down for all the Kubota parts which I buy from them. I ordered a KUBOTA PUMP 1G397-50103. I needed it the next day and it was in my hands by 10 AM as promised.
