BOA moving away from customer service.. long lines one teller at this location.. Lousy and always closed lately….. no star…..

I’ve never seen homeless people living behind the bank.
And it’s not a big bank so there’s not a need for a large staff.theres no drive thru teller at a lot of bank of America locations anymore due to check fraud!
And there’s probably a lot of check fraud in Pompano Beach because there’s a lot of homeless people in Pompano Beach.
Fraudster s approach the homeless people and offer them money to cash other people’s checks and they do it because they haven’t eaten in days so they are desperate for money I know of one person who just got off probation after serving 4 years in prison for doing this. It’s not located in the best area and that’s why they have security all the time.

This bank branch is an absolute joke. 2hat bank on a Friday has 2 tellers open with 15 customers waiting. Garbage bank

Worst Bank of America location, customer service is horrible and management is clueless. I ADVISE ANYONE DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME.

Gustavo is an amazing employee for the face of BoA. My husband and I went to another branch down the road and the woman had no idea what she was talking about. We went to Gustavo a few days later and he sat with us, listening intently and took care of EVERYTHING we needed to deal with. As someone who also works in customer service it was a relief to get to deal with someone who knows what they are talking about AND happy to help.
