I pulled up to the branch 4 minutes before it closed got the door 3 minutes before it closed and the doors were locked and they would not let me in. I fully understand that there is a need to have shortened business hours. But the local branch shouldn’t shorten them even further at the inconvenience of its customers who are trying to deposit a $5,000 check.

I am unable to get a human being to answer my concerns. Have tried for days. I call and am told to leave a message. I leave 2 messages in 2 days but do not hear back. I try the bank manager and am moved from one “robo” response to another until I hear GOODBYE. What is going on???

This banks just ran out of money. Can you believe that a bank running out of money. They cannot even cash my petty cash check for work. Stay away

Went here to get change for 1 bill. Stood in line for 30 minutes. There was 1 teller handling everything. 4 managers walking around doing absolutely nothing. None of them seemed to know how to take money from customers. Ended up leaving when managers refused to open another line and do their job.
Unless you have 2 hours to stand in line and watch no one work, don’t ever go here. Ridiculous customer service.
