The worst bank ever, i mean in person/ or phone service their the same. i have been with bank of America for quite sometimes, thought it might improve so stayed , actually instead of improving it gotten worse… phone service not to mention,,, i wonder how do they still alive, worst services ever…..The good thing is their is wonderful banks out their, try them you will be happy …with great service and professionalism ..which BOFAM NEVER HAVE…
