Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I was very happy with the service I received. Shout out to Kevin Wolnik. I prematurely had closed an account of which I was the trustee, and he was very gracious in fixing my mistake and reopening a new account.

Lady at the front is an idiot, horrible customer service. No temporary debit cards. Ridiculous

This branch of Bank Of America is awful. They are very understaffed. The manager does not have any clue about customer service. I’ve used Bank of America for over 20 years and I’m now going to close all accounts and move to PNC.

The place is wildly understaffed. Staff that they have is incompetent. If so many other BoA lobbies are closed, why wouldn’t they bring over the out of work staff to a location that clearly needs the assistance? This branch has always been dismally slow. Considering changing banks because who has an hour to waste waiting in line every time you need teller assistance?

The manager is a certified broom-flying WITCH.
(You know what I mean). SO RUDE AND HATEFUL. I use their ATM many times a month to get money from my account in ANOTHER bank (Capital One, no local branches) and regularly pay a fee of $3. I needed the services of a Notary. When I showed her these receipts she said it didn’t matter. I took the form to Wells Fargo and they didnt even ask if I had an account. She’s a witch. Stay away from this bank. I will never use their ATM again.
