Bru’s Room Pompano

Appetizers came with no plates, silverware or napkins and no sauces on the sampler platter. Took waitress forever to come back to even ask for any of it which by then the food was either cold or already eaten. She didn’t show any concern that the appetizer was below standard expectations. Plain food no dipping sauces for the platter. Half the food came out and then 8-10 minutes later the corn beef and cabbage platters came out. The rueben was good but the rest of the food was plain and again server took forever to come back to ask for salt and pepper. We had to ask for refills as there was no way she was bringing them on her own accord. Couldn’t figure out how to split the check correctly even after she wrote it down. Won’t be coming back to this place. Other tables around us also had the same issues as we over heard them complaining. Maybe sit at the bar for better service? I don’t know what the issue was. Oh and there was green spot on my raisin bread but wasn’t sure of what that was from.

Could easily been rated a 2. But the food was good. Sampler put on table with no sauces and no plates or silverware. Waitress came by often enough but was unaware what we needed unless we told her. Example: empty glass but didn’t ask if wanted refill. I had to tell her. Empty dishes not removed. Just could have been a more enjoyable experience

My friend chose to sit outside, we were all the way in the back in a booth, other then being bombarded with smoke everything was good. The French Onion Soup was tasty, however, I did ask for no bread and still came with it, my friend really enjoyed the quesadilla. Service was good and the prices are reasonable.
