I rented a car 2 weeks ago for a trip. I wanted a car because I needed the trunk space. I had to pick up the car at 4 PM and that is the time that I scheduled. When we got there they had a small SUV for us instead of the car that I wanted. They said it was because we were so late in the day. But this is the time slot that I scheduled. So I ended up with a smaller car for the same money. They would not do anything to help me. I had to either take the smaller car or cancel my vacation. Stay away from this place, you will not be treated fairly.

Very unprofessional personnel, had a reservation when I walked in, the attendant simply said I don’t have a car for you and I don’t know when I’ll have one, I had driven 30 min to get to the location. Don’t rent from there.

This site should be shut down by the county for violating Covid protocols. Employees not wearing masks. Cars were not sanitized per Budget Corprate rules. Our car looked and smelled like a sewer.
Took me 45 minutes to clean and sanitize it. There is a better location on Federal highway. Go there. Praying we don’t get Covid from the car. It was NASTY. STAY AWAY!!!
