without a doubt the worst run company i’ve experienced yet. service IF they show up is great but the admin side is a total shambles, supplies, service calls, billing etc. nobody knows anything. Sales are some smooth talkers tho and promise the world. however Dex is unable to provide any accetable level of service once that contract is signed

Total rip off! Tell me how you go from $60 a quarter to over $900 a quarter when your printer sits idle for most of the day. Horrible customer service and will do NOTHING to help try to salvage clients. Find someone else to work with when it comes to your printer needs.

Horrific company. Don’t be fooled by the sales person.

Part of their deceit, is to promise to get you tickets to some stupid sporting event. On the other hand, they have zero regard for customer service.

Find a reputable company to do business with.

We currently have a contract with Dex Imaging for our network printers. The salesperson that sold us the service did a yeoman’s job in getting us up and running quickly. However, that is about the extent of all the niceties with this company.

We have been dealing with the billing department for about a week – with have questions and concerns about our bill that we need addressed. Additionally, we have technical support issues that are not being dealt with.

We have sent several email messages asking that somebody call us back – we are still waiting. This is no way to treat a customer and it is certainly no way to run a business.

Please think twice about doing business with these people…
