100% positive review: I ordered a Wahl clipper blade. I have to believe that it was sent as USPS tracking confirmed delivery. However, the order did not arrive. I do not know if the package was stolen. My post office was absolutely useless. I contacted eCosmetics to find out about insurance to replace the item. They immediately agreed to send me a replacement. The replacement item arrived as promised, so they therefore deserve 100% credit and rating.

I was a little skeptical after I ordered and read the negative reviews but my experience was a good one. I ordered, 2 days later received a telephone call to verify my address then later an email with a tracking number. Order was scheduled to be delivered on Monday I received it today, Saturday. Just what I wanted. Thank you!!

All I can say is “WOW” – the staff at eCosmetics is incredible! They truly go above and beyond. I have ordered many times and each time it arrives in a couple days and I saved A LOT of money.
