I have been waiting for my check as promised by Peter since June 2019 it is now November 4. And once again guess what I missed the check cut off which was today. This company is a scam. And I am contacting an attorney to get my money back. Do not use them they are scam artists

I have been told for months that I would get all of money back only to not receive my money. I have made many phone calls only to be told that the check is in the mail. Today I’ve tried calling several times without being able to get through. It’s as though the number has been disconnected but it doesn’t say anything. Please don’t use this company. It’s a rip-off. They only paid one bill in the beginning and that was a few years ago. All they say is that they are waiting on a better pay off amount, which NEVER happens. They use your money to make money off interest. BEWARE!! I’ll be contacting my attorney tomorrow.

They don’t pay off your bills, they take to long! Example: We received a payoff proposal for @ $2000 with a week turn around time, Elite Financial Solutions could not do this (note we had over $4000 in our account at this time).

On September 25, 2018 we submitted a request for the return of out money. Elite Financial stated at this time that (a) we could only get $3900 back at a time and (b) it could take UP TO 60 DAYS!. As of 11/27/2018 we still don’t have our money; any of it!

I’m begging you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, comment here if you want more information or documented proof.

I would think twice before getting into bed with this company… If it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is! I was working with Sam and this company claimed that they could take my debt and work with the creditors to reduce the amount I was paying them, but it was all a scam! The company told me that I would stop making payments to my creditors, and instead, would begin making smaller payments to them. They would then call my creditors to work out a smaller pay-off to save me money and stated they would take a certain percentage of the money that was saved. For about 7 months, I made payments to this company, but they never attempted to reach out to my creditors… I called each and every one of my creditors, who I mailed a copy of the paperwork provided by Elite Financial Solutions saying that if the creditor needed any information, they should contact them and them alone. I also used the provided script when my creditors called, instructing them to contact Elite Financial Solutions. Several months passed, I stopped getting calls, and everything seemed to be going according to plan. Until one day, I got a call from one of my creditors telling me they had been unsuccessful in contacting Elite Financial Solutions and they were never contacted by them either. After almost $1100 paid to this company and being 7 months behind in payments to all my creditors, there was no way I was able to come back from the debt this company forced me into by not holding up their end of the deal. Because of this company, I was forced to pay a lawyer to file for bankruptcy. They refused to refund the money I had paid to them and my bank was unable to get the money back for me.

In closing, this company is a scam and they’re just going to leave you high and dry with your money in their pockets. Learn from my mistakes and do your research before using a company to help with your debt. If they say to stop making payments all together and just pay them BEFORE they work out a payment plan, or they say they will get them to settle for a smaller amount than what is owed, it’s probably too good to be true!
