Enterprise car rental should change their motto to ” You need us, we don’t need you.” If you love booking a reservation, showing up before the appointed time and there’s no vehicle for you, then Enterprise is the car rental agency for you, then adding insult to injury, the manager Nick Englert tells you ” that’s life, you gotta work it out yourself.”

Location has great staff who go above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Will definitely rent from here again.

My experience was good. The agent was very helpful, my only concern is she didn’t clean the tablet she was using in between customer use.

I’m a little disappointed in my ending experience with this place. I was coming to drop my rental back off and getting a ride to pick up my car from the paint and body shop. My white female driver had the a/c blowing on her only. This Florida in the summer time it’s super hot outside. She didn’t even bother to make sure I was getting a/c as well. I was sitting the entire drive sweating inside the vehicle. That did it for me I’ll never use this location again. I gave it 3 stars because before picking up my rental my female driver that was bringing me to pick up the rental. Made sure that the a/c was blowing in the back for everyone to feel it. Not a problem the day of picking up my rental and everything went smooth. I did have a little problem with my first rental but it was quickly replaced without any problems.
