Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The best experience I ever had doing business period. The manager was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process enjoyable. Definitely got the warm and fuzzies from this location. Absolutely recommend this spot.go out your way to go here

This is the best place in the world, I am treated with up most respect here. The guys there Ray, ozzie, and Richard are respectable and very professional! I I highly recommend them to my friends and family all the time.

Dec 2020 Exceptionally POOR service. Fraudulently charged a cleaning fee for interior damages from a pet. I do not have a pet, nor did I have any animals in the rental vehicle. I have received atrocious customer service. I waited one hour for a car to be ready for my reservation. The vehicle that was rented to me was in extremely poor condition from the Enterprise rental counter near FXE airport. Trying to obtain a refund of the $250 cleaning fee has been a huge run-around and waste of several hours of time. The staff do not answer the phone or call back when a message is left. Enterprise has really gone down hill as a company. Rental vehicles are often dirty/not properly cleaned. To pass the charges on to an innocent customer is fraud. I will never rent from Enterprise again. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COUNTER.

This location is managed by group of non-professional people. Disrespectful to me and my family..
I was waiting outside under the sunshine sweating with my kids , and they refused to explain to me what’s the delay about , he claims there is enough lanor to do the work , and give the car on time!!!
The main agent threatened to cancel my reservation because I was interrupting his work
He refused to give me his business card!!
He claims his name is Richard and sounded like he doesn’t care about me complaining to the enterprise!!
I called entererpirze customer service so many times and never got any support
It’s sad how bad the customer service provided by this ”big company ”

Would not honor a car rental we booked online through a third party (hot wire, Expedia, priceline, etc.) Cars were sold out that weekend and they said they didn’t save us one even while looking at the lot full of cars. So all we could figure was since the 3rd party was cheaper they decided to cancel our rental to charge someone else a higher price.
