Hertz

Short-staffed location, one guy working (his words) with a piss-poor attitude (my words) failed to contact me to say Hertz couldn’t pick me up at the Pompano Ford dealership, even though I had a confirmed reservation for pickup, and left me stranded with no vehicle!!! Good thing Enterprise Rent-A-Car is across the street because I’ll gladly give them my business!

Greatful that I was able to rent from Hertz again. The service was excellent and the car was clean and smoke free. Thanks for your professionalism.

The Customer Service I received was Excellent. The Corporate office needs to visit this location, because it is full of Mold. Besides this Great Service.
