I have worked with many different building departments and I feel that the knowledge and service provided by Lighthouse Point clerks is outstanding! There are so many abusive and nasty people that they have to work with on a regular basis yet their demeanor and attitude is great. They are a pleasure to work with.

I’ve called this Building Department four different times on four different days and have yet to speak to an actual person. I also left an important message on their voicemail system and no one called me back. I’ve worked with many municipal Building Departments across Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade County and, in terms of communication, this one is by far the worst one.
