National Car Rental

I was sent here through National. No one greeted me as I was looking for help. I had to chase down a guy to ask where do I get my car. He responded with “you just wait outside”. My wife and 3 young girls were waiting outside for more than hour in the hot sun. I even called in to National for help but they would just forward me to the number to the same place. I asked national to let me speak to a manager but they did not want to listen to me.

We have been an executive elite member for a very long time. And love National quick service but they failed us miserably this time.

I will warn everyone I know about this place and National customer service.

They do not help. Not listen. And hung up on me. Worst customer service. Don’t bother

Located inside Enterprise, GPS isn’t lying! Sign for National is very small by front door. Staff friendly and efficient even while multitasking. Reservation as expected, smooth pick up.
