This place is NOT a gift shop. It is a US postal service store

The worst customer service ever. Clerk/owner has a major attitude issue. In addition to that he over charged for a flat rate box which I found out after leaving and checked the price with USPS. Stay away from this business they don’t deserve our business.
Too bad because I always support our local business people.

This place had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. The only person working was the owner of the store Ernest or whatever his name is and he accused me of being a liar because I said another postal office provided free envelopes. Then he told my bf and I that he owns the store and “therefore “[he] owns us”. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I shop here often. I am always well treated. The owner is very knowledgeable about the postal regulations and has helped me with various issues in mailing packages of all shapes and sizes.
