I have (had) a Sentry safe that the combo lock stopped working. I talked to ray and he was very helpful. He actually referred me to sentry rather then just coming out and charging me and said Sentry is very helpful. I called Sentry and they indeed were very helpful. They said the 5 beep code ment it was either a bad battery pack or the electronic combo. The battery pack can be replaced with a 9v battery so I went to buy one and still nothing. calling Sentry back the next person i talked to said it may also be the electronics inside the door. So rather than pay $45 for a new combo lock only to find out I would need someone to bust it open I decided to call Ray back and see if he can come crack it for me. He came out out, and in a short time had it open for me. Thankfully since I had cash, important documents, passport, extra car keys, other important papers. It was quick and easy. Hopefully I won’t need a safe cracked again but if I do i know who I’ll call.

Needed information and advice and he got me handled! Went over and above on some excellent equipment deals! Highly recommended!
