We came in on a Cessna 172 and was greeted by Jay Weinstein. He was amazing and treated us like we pulled up in a Boeing Biz Jet. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. He even took us to our business meeting and picked us up after. Thank you Jay for the awesome customer experience! I will totally fly in again and hopefully Jay will be back on the ramp to greet us.

Would not furnish a ladder to self fuel but offered full fuel service for an extra $2/gal which would have cost an extra $140! In 34 years of flying, I have never been denied a ladder. Needless to say, if you are self feeling, plan on bringing a ladder!!
