Been renting cars from here lately!! The best service ever! And they’re open on Sundays a HUGE PLUS, compared to other places that aren’t available that day! Rent a car from Sixt won’t regret it, and their vehicles are truly top notch!!

Employees are rude and abrupt and attempted to overcharge me by $86.00 until I threatened disputing charges w Visa , this branch in pompano beach is a disaster and I highly recommend that you avoid it at all costs!

Staff was friendly and helpful, and transaction went smoothly. I deducted a star because customer service was impossible to reach by phone.

Terrible, returned the rental less than an hour late and was charged an extra day. There is no way to reach the branch location to even notify them. Charged me a cleaning fee?? For what?? Using the rental??! I’m forced to drive 30 minutes away to discuss my billing because there is NO way to reach this branch location. Used enterprise all my life and never had an issue. Never charged me a cleaning fee for even an extra day for bringing it back late.

I’ve been renting with Sixt Pompano for almost 3 yrs. it’s always been a seamless experience. Oneida has ALWAYS been professional accommodating and kind. During these challenging times her compassion has exceeded any customer service I’ve experienced. I wasn’t just a customer to her, I was a human. I’ve noticed her manager Natalia has been a supportive leader as well. Kudos to you ladies!
