Worst experience I had experienced at a post office. I’m not sure if the redhead woman was part of management but how are you working at the post office dealing with customer with the worst attitude. Of course she would not provide her name but I’m definitely filing a complaint on her. 4 other customers and myself was completely shocked about her ill-mannered Behavior

Every time I stop by USPS, I am very impressed with the excellent customer service and kindness shown to my wife and I. Jerry is a great guy, and another young lady, Clerk 12, was also very helpful and did a nice job. Recently, we had our fantastic Carrier, DeLois, retire and she was replaced with Chantelle, who is very nice and amiable. Chantelle works out of this west Atlantic office. So, all is well and thanks to all the hard workers and carriers at USPS. You are needed and valued. You have our utmost respect.

I went in to this office approx. 1 week after applying for a PO BOX online (to finalize the process, I was informed to bring two forms of identification and the form, which I did). When I provided the desk agent with the phone number used to set up my online account, she told me that she couldn’t find me in the system. I asked if there was another way to find my account besides using the phone number, and she told me no. She called on the supervisor and the supervisor told me I would have to come back because there’s a glitch in the system. I told the sup it’s not always easy to do that, because I have 3 small babies. Now, today I goes back in with the assumption that the issue is fixed and I would get the keys and the number to the PO BOX so I can finalize my business set up, and BAM! another glitch. On top of the inconvenience, they were completely rude and demeaning. There is no way they work for USPS! There really needs to be a clean up over there. I am so upset… this is stopping me from making money!!!

Really don’t know why there are some low reviews. I recently moved here, went into this location twice and the staff is very friendly and fast. Really good experience both times. Thumbs up
