We bought our Williams Jet Tender 325 Turbojet in 2017 and it was a great experience… Fast forward 3 years later to January 2020 and the customer service still excels! Lauren went above and beyond to assist me with all my questions about our vessel, registration information and the brand 3 YEARS LATER. Her patience with me and knowledge of the Williams Tender brand were very much appreciated, as I had no clue about what I was doing. Thank you Lauren for your ALL your help!

I have owned 2 of these and had nothing but trouble with them. My bad for buying the 2nd one. I bought a 2 year old 325 with only 13 hrs. on it, it now has 17 hrs on it and I have had to replace an INTER-COOLER ,MARINE IGNITION KEY SWITCH, EXHAUST HOSE, WILLIAMS REVERSE CABLE, RELAY… and so many more things. good luck if you buy one you will need it!!!
