bad customer service, bad attitude , they are always in a bad mood they are never friendly it is a disgusting place

I went there on Monday July 26th and the computers were down all day had to go to another store. Then tried to give him a chance the next day on Tuesday the 27th of July and waited 15 minutes to only for them to tell me the computers are down again!!! I can see one day but two days in a row is no excuse!!!

Deplorable. They literally chase customers at the door telling them to not come in . They chat with each other rather than help customers. The worst service I have ever experienced. UPDATE: Today I called the branch to see if I could speak with a small business rep. All I am trying to do is money wire from an account to a vendor. I kept getting a message that said no one is available. I drove to the bank and called, I can see in the window, the reps talking, the phone ringing and they ignore it. This is really bad customer service. I need to go back one last time and get some certified checks so I can move my accounts to another bank. This is pathetic. EDIT 3-11: Today I went to get some certified checks to close down my accounts and Arturo gave me a hard time because I communicated with another customer who was also having a hard time. He said I can’t talk with other customers and then told the security to advise me to go up the street to a different branch. I went to Light House Point and was helped by Paula, the Small Business Specialist. It was night and day. She was so helpful that I got my banking done and stayed with BOA. It is really just this one branch that is very poorly run. The staff treats their jobs like a day at summer camp and has no regards to the customers. Corporate should look into this. If they read the reviews for this branch it appears to be a pattern.

Arturo the manager of the branch gave me hard time to provide a cashier check. He did not accept my licence as proof of id, even if he checked my 4 accounts i have (2business account and 2 personal accounts). And I am preferred client as they said. I will close my accounts soon. Good work buddy.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. This branch has 8 inside teller windows. It is usually staffed with ONE teller, if you are lucky maybe two. They could care less if there are 15 or twenty customers waiting in line (as there were today 12/10/2020 at 3 pm). Of course they can somehow afford two security guards to look after the line. I will be closing my accounts and moving to another bank. Avoid at all costs!

Oh, and in response to Annette below…Please explain how I can withdraw more than $1500 in cash from an ATM machine? There are times a teller is necessary. Why have eight windows and only one staffed? If there are consistently hour long waits for a teller, (and customer service is in fact a priority) what possible explanation is there to not provide more staff?!
